The DCA initiative from the D.B.M.S has been a rewarding experience. It proves that children are endowed with inborn potential, and it only awaits guidance and inspiration to unlock it.
The alumni of DCA / NIOS have made DBMS proud by their achievements in whichever field they have chosen. Needless to say, the Principal, faculty, and management of DCA over the years have contributed greatly to the success of this institution and deserve heartfelt congratulations.
D.B.M.S Career Academy started 20 years ago to help students who could not cope with the syllabus of ICSE or CBSE Board. They are guided not only to stand on their own feet but also to shine in their chosen field.

D.C.A. has produced many successful Doctors, Engineers, Singers, Journalists, and Entrepreneurs over the past two decades.
Our Fashion Designing wing has been a great success and has helped many women start their own boutiques and become independent.
We have also introduced graduation courses affiliated with Madurai Kamaraj University for our students. I am happy to be part of this institution and wish DCA continued success in reaching greater heights.

Students are unique in their own ways. A few are serious about their studies, some are passionate about sports or arts, some are late bloomers and take time to figure out their true calling in life. There are a few who need additional guidance and encouragement to launch themselves confidently into their chosen careers.
DCA is an institution where students are guided to select and pursue what they are truly passionate about. DCA motivates them to recognise their true potential and excel in their chosen field.
With our Principal at the helm of academics and her well-experienced team of faculty members, we are able to instill a sense of responsibility and ownership in students to achieve their goals. We have very successful alumni who are shining in their chosen fields. Their journey is a testament to the magic of motivation and collaboration between students and DCA.
We have a Fashion Design section which has offered great opportunities to ladies to become boutique owners and flourish in their creative business enterprise.

Working as a secretary in the school’s major management has been a meaningful and fulfilling experience for me. My role allows me to be at the center of the school’s daily activities, supporting both the management and the smooth running of the institution.
As a secretary, I feel a strong sense of responsibility. I handle important documents, manage communication, organize meetings, and ensure that information flows accurately and on time. Knowing that my work contributes to effective decision-making gives me great satisfaction.
I also feel proud to be part of a team that shapes the future of students. Even though my role is mostly behind the scenes, I know that my efficiency, organization, and professionalism help create a well-managed school environment. This motivates me to always give my best.
Working in this position has helped me grow personally and professionally. I have improved my communication skills, time management, and ability to handle pressure. I have also learned the importance of confidentiality, patience, and teamwork.
Overall, I feel honored to work as a secretary in school management. It is a role that requires dedication, and I am grateful for the trust placed in me. I look forward to continuing to support the school and contributing positively to its success.

For the past eight years, it has been my privilege to serve as the Principal of this institution and to walk alongside learners who have chosen a flexible, inclusive, and empowering path of education. DBMS Career Academy stands for opportunity—opportunity for second chance and new beginnings.
